Today I come to leave you two ideas of some very simple burgers .

For your baby and for you!

vegan -gluten free -sugar free 


Burger 1

Ingredients

quinoa - 1 cup

beetroot - 1

carrot - 2 

garlic-3 cloves

ginger- 1 tiny piece 

rice flour - 1 cup

curry - 1tbs

extra virgin olive oil 

black pepper 

 tamari sauce- 1tbs

Preparation:

Boil quinoa; 

Grate the beets, carrots, ginger and garlic; 

Add olive oil, black pepper, curry, apple vinegar, tamari sauce and mix; 

Add rice flour and cooked quinoa; 

Make the molds in the shape of a burger or vegball, brush with olive oil and turmeric and sprinkle with sesame seeds; Place in a preheated oven at 180º for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Burger 2

Ingredients

quinoa -2 cups

mushrooms -200 gr

tahini-sesame seed paste - 1 cs

red onion - 1

 garlic -2 cloves

 linseed flour -1 cup

 black pepper 

 extra virgin olive 

tamari sauce

curry powder

Preparation

Cook the quinoa; 

In a frying pan, sauté the garlic with the onion in oil and the spices; 

Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes over medium heat; 

With the magic wand, crush this preparation (if necessary, drain the liquid a little) and add the quinoa, the tahini and the flaxseed flour and mix; Make the molds in the shape of a burger or vegball and brush with oil; 

Place in a preheated oven at 180º for about 10 to 15 minutes.
